Please read through these important points before you contact us for a return/refund:

  • If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Change of mind

We do not refund items if you have had a change of mind.

Exchanges

Please select carefully as we do not offer exchanges on any of our products. If you have ordered the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@muvo.com.au and an exchange will be considered. The returned product would need to be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. If the returned product is not in this condition, you will be denied an exchange and the product will be returned and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Incorrect item shipped to you

If you have received a different product to what you ordered, please get in touch with us immediately at support@muvo.com.au (within 7 days of receiving the order) with a description of what has occurred accompanied by an image of the incorrect product and a copy of your invoice.

Refunds

We will only offer you a refund if your product is deemed faulty, damaged or defective. Please contact us at support@muvo.com.au with accompanying images and detailed information to support your claim. We will instruct you further at this point in time. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days depending on the payment method.

Allergic Reactions

If you have a history of allergies, we would recommend that you read our ingredient information before you purchase one of our products online. If you do experience an allergic reaction to one of our products, discontinue using it immediately and contact customer service at support@muvo.com.au with a full description of what has occurred and detailed images attached.

Please note: Returns due to allergies must be less than 25% of the product used upon return, or you will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping of your return

Please contact us at support@muvo.com.au for more information. You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If your return is based on a faulty, damaged or defective item, you will be issued with a reply paid label. If you have paid for your return shipping and we discovered that your product was faulty, damaged or defective, the cost of return shipping will be credited to you at the time of your refund.
